Jazmin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University. She has devoted her career to supporting high-risk adolescents and their families, helping them navigate intense emotions, complex challenges, and pivotal life transitions.
Jazmin began her career in a hospital setting, where she developed a strong foundation in crisis intervention and the treatment of complex clinical presentations. She later expanded into private practice to provide more personalized, long-term care, creating a safe and supportive space where meaningful change can unfold at a sustainable pace.
She currently serves as both a primary clinician and the Assistant Clinical Team Leader of the Adolescent Residential Program at Silver Hill Hospital, with specialized expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In this role, she works extensively with individuals experiencing high-acuity and complex concerns, including life-threatening behaviors. Jazmin is highly skilled in managing challenging clinical cases and brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to her work.
Her therapeutic style is warm, steady, and collaborative. Jazmin meets clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences while guiding them toward new skills, healthier patterns, and a greater sense of possibility. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and families build a life worth living—one step at a time.
